"A significant majority of Indians consider the lack of employment opportunities as a "very big problem" in their country. About 18.6 million Indians were jobless and another 393.7 million work in poor-quality jobs vulnerable to displacement" - Pew Research Center
The question is, how do we learn to produce & reach the market ?

It was really empowering to know that I could make products by myself and deliver it on time even when I had to take care of my family.
All done through a designed assembly line method to maximize efficiency in our production process and aim to employ local self-help groups and woman led organisations which would also help fuel the economy in those regions.

WHAT WE DO ?
HOW WE DO ?
We are a biodegradable packaging and consultancy firm. We provide brand specific packaging solutions that also enable companies to support local and rural employment within their surrounding area.
Plastics and their byproducts are littering our cities, oceans, and waterways, and contributing to health problems for humans and animals alike. Our technology will address not only the Eco friendliness of existing products & biodegradability of consumer packaging but also help increase the overall employment rate of Asian countries.
We are building an ecosystem wherein local businesses, suppliers & daily wage workers are able to connect & leverage the skills/requirements of one another without compromising on the quality of product or livelihood of the employee. The issue of rising unemployment, pollution & plastics is a global problem, not South Asia's alone. Therefore, the concept can be easily adapted & implemented around the world.
Like any part of the world, urban centers in tropics face serious issues of waste management. Our reusable paper bags help decrease the amount of plastic bags going into the landfills and provide new employment opportunities for small businesses, co-operatives and self-help groups.
Every supermarket gives out hundreds, if not thousands, of carry bags each & every day. However most of the time, these carry bags are not designed to sufficiently carry heavy weight. Despite an increase in plastic bans around the world, there have been no design interventions in the space of paper bags or paper packaging to improve its quality or decrease its per piece price. We are here to bridge this gap.
